We are Community Champions

We all want to contribute to Wolverhampton becoming safer and healthier for all. More people saying "yes" to the vaccine is crucial to this effort, and you can help.

It is up to you how you would like to spread this message, but it must be approved by us in advance. Please share your ideas with us to discuss.

We will support you at every step of the way to reaching and engaging your communities with important information.

There’s a lot of misinformation out there, and we want to ensure our communities know the truth, from reliable information sources.

If any residents are unsure, reluctant to take the vaccine, or need more information, this is what we can discuss, as we are Covid Community Champions. Contact us!

The vaccine is safe and effective.

●Getting vaccinated is easy. If you have any worries, then ask to talk through your concerns, when it is your turn.

●Having the vaccine is the best way to protect yourself and others.

●It is important to have both doses when offered to you. The second dose makes sure that you have maximum protection.

●The sooner people are vaccinated, the quicker we will return to a more normal way of life.

●Once you’ve had the vaccine, you still need to follow the guidance. That means staying at home when you can, and following the ‘hands, face, space and fresh air’ guidance, and when you can’t, you should have twice-weekly tests.
